Class 3

Class 3 is a mixed Year 3 and 4 class of 21 children, taught by Miss Wayman. Miss Hilton support us in class and Mrs Yeaman teaches us on Friday afternoons.

Class 3 have had an exciting year so far! We have learnt lots of exciting things in our subjects and we are currently in the middle of our Rainforest topic.

During the Autumn term, we were learning about the Egyptians and The Stone Age. We created some Egyptian cat masks by using papier mache!

In the Spring Term, we enjoyed practicing our performance of 'Jonah and the Whale'. We created the set with Class 4 and performed the play to the school and our families.

In the Summer Term, Year 3,4 and 5 children went on the Bradwell Residential trip. They had a fantastic time sailing, crabbing, mountain biking and many more adventurous activities!

In the Summer term, Class 3 learn at Forest School once a week for six weeks. So far, we have built dens and shelters out of sticks, logs and branches.
